Boogie is being reissued for the first time since its original release in 1979.
Brothers Jackie, Tito, Jermaine, Marlon, and Michael Jackson formed the R&B pop band The Jackson 5 in 1964. Originally released in 1979, Boogie is the compilation album of both previously released and unreleased songs by The Jackson 5. Included on the album are “ABC” and Grammy Award nominated “Dancing Machine” (sampled by MC Hammer’s in his hit “Dancing Machine”), “Never Can Say Goodbye” and seven more songs. Boogie is considered as one of the rarest Jackson 5 albums, as it was released on the Motown subsidiary record label Natural Resources.
